Project description

A poultry farmer specializing in laying hens and broilers aims to enhance the welfare of his 500 birds by creating a 1.58-hectare natural, wind-protected environment. This project will transform the area into a more sheltered and enriched landscape for the poultry.

A double-row hedgerow will be planted to shield the birds from prevailing winds. Shrub barriers will guide the hens toward sections of double hedgerows and scattered trees, encouraging exploratory behavior. This setup will provide a better environment for the animals and support the farm's sustainability efforts.
